In accord with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, it is the policy of Bright House Networks South Florida to terminate in appropriate circumstances the high-speed cable modem service of any subscriber or account holder who is a repeat infringer. However, as provided in our cable modem service subscription agreements, Bright House Networks South Florida expressly reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service of any subscriber or account holder even for a single act of infringement. These policies do not affect any other rights Bright House Networks South Florida or Bright House Networks LLC may have under law or contract.
