  1. Describe Digital Cable?
  2. Digital Cable delivers a digital signal to your home with a reliable fiber optic network. Digital Cable provides digital pictures, CD-quality sound and access to a greater variety of channels on your existing television. There are no expensive satellite dishes or antennas to buy.

  8. No, you do not need a special television. Digital Cable works with your existing TV.

  9. What is the installation cost of Digital Cable?

  11. What is included with Digital Cable?
  12. With the Digital Entertainment PAK, you receive a Digital SmartBox, remote control, the Navigator interactive on-screen guide, 70 Standard Cable channels, more than 40 Digital Premier PAK channels and access to iCONTROL video on demand products. You can add 59 Premium movie channels. As a new Digital Cable customer, you'll also receive two coupons for free iCONTROL movies.

  16. Visit the Demonstration Centers in the Altamonte Mall (map/directions), The Florida Mall (map/directions) and the West Oaks Mall (map/directions). While there test drive and order High Definition TV Service, High Speed Internet, iCONTROL, and the Digital Video Recorder (DVR).

  17. Can I make payments, or drop off and pick up equipment at the Demonstration Centers?
  18. No. The Demonstration Centers are designed to give consumers a chance to experience a variety of our products and services.
