1 We're on call 24/7 – and service issues can often be resolved without a service appointment. The following services are available to help you get the most out of your entertainment experience.

  • “Bright Solutions” – Customers with Digital Cable can go to iCONTROL Movies on Demand on channel 123 and choose the free ‘Bright SOLUTIONS’ section. Here you will find self-help videos on some of the most frequently requested information such as:
  • www.mybrighthouse.com – Our new, redesigned Web site is available to help you find out all you need to know about our products and services.
    Here you will find:
  • 24/7 – We're always available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And service calls for cable-related problems are free and available 7 days a week.

2 We'll schedule service appointments with an on-time guarantee with three-hour windows.

3 You don't have to pay extra for local channels. And unlike what's available with satellite systems, all your local channels are included in all levels of our service.

4 Standard Cable on your additional TVs is FREE, so you can enjoy up to 70 channels on every set in your home.
