Payment options

Now, it's easier than ever to pay for your Bright House Networks home entertainment and Internet services.

Our new Web Self Care service puts you in control. Now you can view your Bright House Networks bills and statement details online, make a one-time payment from your savings or checking account, or set up recurring payments from your checking account so you never have to worry about forgetting to pay your bill or late fees again.

No special hardware or software is required. All you need is Internet access and a Web browser. And best of all, it's free!

To use Web Self Care, you will need to register. To do so, just click my account in the site navigation section in the upper left portion of any page, click the "Click to Register" button at the bottom of the page, and complete the registration form. You'll need your Bright House Networks account number to register. It appears in red ink in the upper left corner of the monthly statement you receive in the mail.

Once you've registered, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with your password. To view and pay your bills online, just return to my account, enter your user name and password, click the "logon" button, and off you go.

All Bright House Networks existing payment options are available:

  • Pay your bill by phone with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.


  • Make your payment at any of our convenient customer service centers.


  • Pay online through PC banking software. (Charges may apply. Contact your bank for details.)


  • You can take advantage of EASYpay. With EASYpay, your payment is automatically deducted from your bank account, saving you time and money without worries or bill-paying hassles. You still receive your monthly statement with this free service, but instead of writing a check, we deduct the amount from your bank account each month. There are no late fees or lost checks, and your payments are made on the due date.
